Nassau and a 16 year old

I'm going to be in Nassau with my 16year old this May. Its just the two of us (mom and daughter), and its been one heck of a year with her. I'm trying to find something that we can both enjoy and that she can remember back years from now and think maybe her mom wasnt so bad after all.

Any suggestions?

Imcmillan : the cruise alone will be enough to remember for a life time.. especially if it's her first cruise. I have been on 7 in the last 4 years and can remember everything about my first cruise except the names

She will probably find some teens to hang out with and you prolly wont see much of her.
there are all kinds of things to do together on and off the ship..take her to Atlantis they have a great fish thing there (aquarium) (sp)and a pool you can use if you pay for the tour.

Congratulations! I have a 17 yr. old daughter and also a "heck of a year". Can't get her to go with us... Just the 15 and 17 yr. old brother and step brother. Who would turn down a cruise???? Ugh.

I would like to think the cruise is enough, I just hope there are some special moments. This is my first cruise, a primer for one my husband and I are taking in Nov.(mexico out of San Diego).

I'm used to all inclusive vacations. Last one I took with this daughter, I rarely saw her the whole week, so I hope there is some things for for a single woman to do.

P.S. Thanks to this site, I dont feel bad about a bottle or two of wine in my luggage!
