My wife and I would like to go play the casino at the Atlantis resort while in port. Do they people in for just that and what should I expect to pay for a taxi?

You are allowed to play in the casino at Atlantis. I beleive the taxi was $4 per person each way when we were there in November.

Yes, I was just there and it was $4 per person each way. When they drop you off, I think the casino was inside the door and to the left.

Have a great time!!!

I was just there last Wednesday. Big spender that I am, I put $1 in a machine and walked away with $5. So that paid for my taxi ride back to the ship.

Thanks - we're not great fans of Nassau and thought the casino would be safe there. We hit a casino I think that was in St. Marten that was so shady we walked out as soon as we walked in.

You'll be fine at the casino at Atlantis. I know the casino's in St Marten you speak off... I wouldn't have played in those either. The Atlantis casino is more like what you expect a casino to be. Although not much different than the one on the ship.

The casino is safe, except for the one arm bandits

I've never had any luck in the Atlantis casino. A friend won in the Wyndham casino at Nassau.

We're just small time gamblers - love the penny and nickle slots because of the bonus rounds. I always take as much as I plan on losing. The ship probably won't miss my $20! They'll have plenty of time to receive my donation on a 9 day cruise!
