I am wanting to book cave tubing excursion online with Reggie at Regtours as i have read lots of good things with him. The only thing is to confirm reservation you have to give him your card either on the phone(calling international, dont have that on my phone) or emailing him your card information. Emailing my card information does not seem like a very safe thing to do. Had anyone done this and have advice? Or does anyone have adivce on booking excursions online with card?

All I can say is we have had several forum members book with Reggie over the years and nobody ever said their credit card info was compromised.

Go to his website... leave your phone number... and Reg or another manager will call you back. He is quite easy to deal with.

Hi Sarahski,

I had the same concerns you had. I wrote a few e-mails to Reggie and he offered that I could send a series of e-mails with partial credit card numbers, or I could send a money order. I actually did try to phone him at the number he gave but never got through for some reason. Anyway, I went ahead and got a money order for his deposit and sent it to the mailing address he offered. He e-mailed me back when he received it.

When we went on the trip, we just paid the balance in cash and it was an excellent excursion.

I hope you're able to work out the logistics of the deposit, because you'll love the excursion.

I booked with Reggie this past October and had to cancel. I had no problem at all, and my card was never charged. I also notice from Sonny's link that they have PayPal now.

I booked with Reggie. I wouldn't worry about him, but I understand your concerns about emailing your credit card info. I think I called him as I was not thrilled with the email idea either. Try what drlivingston said (give him your phone number and have them call you) If they won't do that, break the number up into multiple emails.
