Bahamas/CocoCay/Key West Suggestions

Although we have cruised to the Bahamas twice, I want to make sure we aren't missing anything! Could anyone offer any suggestions for things to do at each of these: Nassau, CocoCay, and Key West. I also wonder if there is somewhere to go to the beach without paying $50? (Other than CocoCay) Thanks in advance for your ideas!

In Nassau, grab a cab and go to Paradise Island. Cabbage Beach is adjacent to the Atlantis and is a free beach. Key West is a great town to walk around or take the Conch Train tour. There are plenty of shops and cafes and bars, museums, and just fun places to visit. Be sure to try some conch fritters. If you like Key Lime pie, visit the Blonde Giraffe, it's off of Duvall Street. Ask any local and they can point you to it, fantastic key lime pie. Visit Mallory Square (they usually give you a coupon for a free bottle of water at one of the shops there). Coco Cay, of course, is the private island for a great beach day. Have a wonderful cruise!

You will have a wonderful time, Cabbage Beach is beautiful. Key West we took the train..kind of costly and the kids found it boring..but it was informative. You can just walk around and enjoy. Coco Cay..is just heaven my favorite of all. Have a wonderful time

In Nassau a tour of the Atlantis Resort is a must do. It is quite unique and not too costly. Stick with a ship's tour on this - to enjoy it and relax. Key West is another set of adventures-just wandering Duval Street leads to most of them. There is Sloppy Joe's (Hemingways favorite site), Capt. Tony's (where Jimmy Buffet still can be seen hanging out)-If he's not at Margaritaville, There is Mel Fisher's Museum (With the treasure of the Atocha). The list is endless-Key West is a fun, laid back town-you can do it quite well on foot!
Then Too-There is the Conch Train!
