How far is Senor Frogs from the pier in Cozumel? Everyone is talking about it saying we have to go. Just wondering if it was close or not.

thanks

Hi sassychic...Make it your last call on Cozumel and if you have the desire to party, you can walk to the ship within a few minutes. Also, if you sit in the right location and look out, you can get a great pic of the ship at the pier; this is all assuming that you are at this pier at the beginning or end of town?

Senior Frogs is right there as you get off...DEPENDING on where you dock. It has a huge sign...you can't miss it. I personally like it better than Carlos 'N Charlies. And if you dock at the other pier, it's a short walk or a cheap cab ride. Enjoy!!

Oh, I know what you were trying to do Penny!

As noted - it depends on which pier you are at. For the definitive Senor Frogs (or C&C) experience, it is great to be at the Punta Langosta pier since you can see these two fine establishments from the pier. Or should I say they are within crawling distance?

Dave, I was being too polite when I said you could walk !
Some of us have crawled I'm sure, including some of the ships ship activities personnel and they were back on the job later that evening.

We docked at the international pier in cozumel last sept.
It was still being repaired and they were dredging huge amounts of rubble out of the water, but at least we were docked.
We could see mr. frogs from our balcony.
With my camcorder zoom i could see silly tourist in balloon hats getting slammed on yard high frozen drinks on thier deck. I guess we were the last ship to leave, because they closed the bar just before we pulled away.
We saw a few last minute crawlers reboard, even blasted you can find the ship from there.

I noticed in ocho rios they closed the beach and pulled all the rental stuff back in when we left, I don't know if Margaritaville stayed open but they dont waste time closing most tourist traps when the cruise ship pulls out...

Makes me wonder if we were staying at the "el cid" hotel which is to the left of senor frog's if we would get bored off resort when the cruise ships are gone

while staying in playa del carmen, a short ferry ride away, we were told to go to carlos and charlies late night when the ships are in to see the crazy drunk (and often topless) cruise ship passengers..since they are mainland they stay open till late even when the ships are gone, though i suppose its a little less exciting.

So Dave did you get topless before you crawled back?? (chuckle)

The Lido deck DJ on one of my cruises told me that the ship's security personnel escorted him back from there once.

He had to sleep it off in the brig.

Apparently the size of your ship is how your routed to dock. Senor Frogs is fun but I still miss the old Carlos and Charlies. Now, they have a menu and a clown running around making phallic symbol balloon creations to adorn your head. I was really disappointed in Cozumel last month. I always bring back a bottle of Tortuga rum from Cozumel. You can buy the rum cakes on any ship but not the actual rum. The duty free where we docked did not stock Tortuga rum. Now the duty free across from Senor Frogs where a huge Princess ship was docked did have the rum in stock but when I went to pay for it he asked me for my ship card and I gave him my Carnival sail and sign. He then proceeded to put the rum back on the shelf and told me that I could not purchase from this duty free as my ship is not docked here. I was going to give him cash. It not like ol' mexico doesn't a little currency flow. Anyways, I loved the Segway tour that my wife and I took.
