I'd like to find this on a map (maps.live.com), but have been unsuccessful. 100 miles south of Nassau doesn't seem to narrow the field adequately!

The actual name of the island is Little San Salvador. Half Moon Cay is really a small part of the island - 55 acres. Little San Salvador is around 2400 acres in total.

Look for it midway between the southern tip of Eluethera and Cat Island.

No, Columbus is thought to have landed at the unsized San Salvador Island.

Dave, Thanks for posting about the name and location. I had been wondering as well. It is going to be on the itinerary when the Fascination takes over for the Celebration this fall from JAX.

It looks pretty nice to me. Has anyone been there?

Found it! Thanks. As I understand it, it's owned by Holland America. Most of it is undeveloped, intentionally, for wildlife sanctuary.
