I would highly recommend this! I did it recently while on Oceania Cruises. I went by myself and met some other ladies doing it and we had a million laughs and became fast friends by the end of the day. I would not recommend it for someone that has a hard time walking or climbing as it takes some skill to make it through the caves. Some small spots to manuever as well so someone that is a bit larger might not find it comfortable to manuever. The beach at the end is well worth the trek! I would do it again in a heartbeat!
Definitely a unique experience. I was there many, many years ago while staying on Virgin Gorda. Worth it if you are making a port call on the island; also worth considering if you have a port call on neighboring Tortola.
I'm with all the ladies - if you do not have any physical limitations that would prohibit walking and moderate climbing - it is a fabulous experience.

I highly recommend going to the Baths.
Absolutley beautiful.
Agree that some areas can be difficult to get to, but, plenty of areas where you can just hang out without getting into the caves, etc.
I do have a few pictures on Webshots.(I will try to attach them if I can figure it out)
Tortola is also lovely. But, I would not miss out on the Baths(my opinion)
Thanks to all of you who replied - It looks like something I will definitely do. But, I think I will leave Mom to book another shore excursion for this one. Thanks - any ideas for "Mom Activities" that she might be able to do through the ship, while I do this? (She has somewhat limited mobility).

Suzi,
Most of the excursions in Tortola and Virgin Gorda center around beach and water activities. Probaby the only option for your mom would be do take a ship's bus tour of Island Highlights.
