Going on Royal Caribbean in March, the ship offers deep sea fishing, is this worthwhile? My husband is an avid fisherman in the northwest but we have never been to the caribbean.

Just remember you don't get to keep your catch & you have to rotate people that will be fishing. We considered it for a second but decided that if we were going to do a deep sea fish, we would rather be staying on land somewhere & take a private charter. Just a thought..

We are going on RCCL in early July and I think we are going to hire a private charter (Cozumel). We have 3 adult men and 3 teens. There were several listed when I did a web search, in reading the posts I did find that the fishermen do go and back about it...lol!
