Hello all-

I need some help with the land excursion for the Voyager sailing Western Carribean. The link on RCCL to download the Excursion Brochure is not working.

I am interested in your favorite excursions. I have read wonderful things about climbing the Dunn Falls in Jamacia. Has anyone floated down the White River in Jamacia? Any suggestions for Laberdee or the Grand Caymen?

Thanks in advance.

Dunns River Falls is a blast. In Grand Cayman-Stingray City or snorkeling on the wrecks close to where you tender to or Seven Mile Beach. Labadee-beach day. Hope you have a wonderful time!

In Grand Cayman, Stingray City is a must if you have never done it. We went for a second time 2 months ago and had a great time. We booked with www.grandcaymancruiseexcursions.com

We went on the Buccaneer Stingray City Catamaran Excursion. It is one of the few that has 3 snorkeling stops. The price was only $39 per person and the crew were great. Also, we only had 12 to 14 people total on this excursion.

Booking through the ship costs more and there were a lot more people.

We are glad we saw Dunn's River, but once was enough. We would, however, tube the white river again. We are in our 40s, kids are 12 and 19 and all loved it, had "repeaters" in our group. Group size not so much an issue here as you spread out over the river and end up in smaller subgroups anyhow. Favorite excursion in Ocho was booked through Shoretrips.com and was a horse back ride through a plantation (jungle) in the ocean and down the beach. Really small groups and we are not experienced riders. Also booked a snorkel/sting ray city adventure with Captain Ron through Shoretrips.com on Cayman that was so much less crowded than the ships options. On Cayman I think you do better NOT taking the ships offerings--everything is too crowded. Laurie

We did Dunns River Falls twice, once on RCCL and another time when we stayed a week. First experience was the best, recommend doing it - on RCCL it was tied in with a beach/snorkle.
Labadee is the RCCL island and its a beach day thing. Great day to just relax and enjoy the island with beach activities. We did the River Bray in a wooden boat with a native handling the rear paddle for steering. It was a slow, relaxing trip with our native guide pointing things of interest. Very layed back ride.

Sorry should have explained that River Braye was during our week stay there a couple of years ago.
