Caribbean weather in September

I know its way too early to start packing , but can anyone let me know what sort of weather to expect in the Western Caribbean around late September?

the weather will be perfect, in the 80s, we have been on a Sept cruise every yr for the last 5 yrs. we have never had a problem with hurricanes but that is always a possibility...the ship would then just take us on an eastern cruise.fine with me, just glad to be onboard.
we will be on the dream this sept..counting down the days now!

Thanks, that sounds perfect, just my kind of weather!(apart from the hurricane possibility). Like you I'm not too concerned about where we go, just so long as we go! This will be our first cruise and the only problem now is that September is so far away...

It will be here before you know it. We've gone in every month but July. So far, we've been really lucky with the weather, too. Not one hurricane. The water will still be warm in September. Without any hurricanes, it'll be perfect.
