Best beaches with 4 yr old in Cayman and Cozumel

Going on Disney in Feb and was wondering what would be nice beaches that are family oriented with facilities on each island?
How much for cab fare for trips or better to rent a car in Cayman, will not rent in Cozumel?
Any other ideas of things too see that won't totally be boring to a 4 yr old?
