We did the kayak excursion in the backwater area, under the banyan trees. It was terrific. There were both one and two-person kayaks available. The guide led us through narrow areas where she pointed out unusual plants and animals. We broke out into a bigger area and kayaked a while until we all gathered our kayaks around hers, as she pulled a conch up from the water. She explained about it, and then we paddled to shore.
We were beginner paddlers at the time, and had a great time.
