It happens on the other mainstream lines too.

I've seen baseball hats on RCI - as recently as my last cruise with them.

A friend of mine just returned from the Caribean on RCCL. He said he couldn't believe it when a man was coming thru the buffet line with no shirt and swim trunks
(Glad he at least had swim trunks) I would rather have seen a T-shirt...he was told to put something on. Well, I don't get it, what's wrong with leaving the t-shirt and baseball caps while you dine, it does't seem like a big request. On Celebrity, on a few occasions I have seen people in bathrobes going thru the buffet line....WHAT THE HECK IS THAT?

Gives new meaning to casual dining, I suppose.
I applaud Grenada for stating and enforcing a dress code. It's their country, after all, not ours, and visitors should show respect.

We had a cross-dresser on the Royal, although his wardrobe was not anything any female would have warn. My hubby was upset on formal nights, they asked some people in jeans to change but not this guy. He wore cheerleading skirts, ballet slippers with lace socks, and some type of balloon blouse with barrets in his hair. My hubby said they should have made him change into a formal gown. I agree, in a way, either enforce it for everyone or not at all.
