Nassau excursions

We are going to Nassau In October 2004 Via Royal Caribbean. Could anyone recommend any excursions for a family of four that don't cost a fortune? Thanks!

You can just walk into town and shop (or "window shop" if you prefer, i.e. buying nothing), as the ships all dock within an easy stroll of downtown Nassau. There are a few historic sights in the area to see. If your children are very young, you may consider a beach day at one of the resorts on the island; even if booked through the ship, those are often not expensive.
