Can anyone recommend any beaches or activites to do in Belize and Isla Roatan, Honduras?

We did the Rendezous Caye snorkel tour and we really liked it. The island is VERY small and a little crowded so not a good option if you want a little less people but there were unlimited drinks and our tour guides were excellent.
