Calica/Playa Del Carmen

Arriving at Calica on April 24. Any suggestions other than Xcaret. Only in from 9-4 and don't think that that is enough time to make Xcaret worth while. Looking for good beach/snorkling.

We are going to Calica the week after you - April 28 - May 3 and have heard there is nothing there...it is an industrial port and we should book a tour on the ship.
Please let us know what you find out...
Is there any sites on line to pre-book tours or transportation???
