My husband and I did the parasailing last April in St. Thomas. It was great. We booked the excursion from Rccl. It was a little pricey, but worth it. You leave on a small boat right next to the dock. You only spend about 15 minutes in the air, but the view is spectacular. You can bring a camera in the air to get great pictures (preferably a one time use one in case you drop it). They also offered pictures that they take with their professional camera. Its about $15 per roll of film. I think only 7 pictures are on each roll, but they did a great job with the photoagraphy. I really recommend this excursion.
