Hi Dbug, In Belize, we took a cab over to "Old Belize" a cutural place. They had a museum and an indoor/outdoor patio type restaurant. With a paid admission to the restaurant, you could use their beach and rope swing. The burritos were the biggest I had ever seen, and the milkshakes were good! In Costa Maya, we went to Tequilla Beach. I can't comment on the food since we didn't eat there. I wish I could give you the name of the place I ate in Nassau while on business. Very laid back restaurant, where they schuck the conch shells right behind the restaurant. It's near Cable Beach though. Hope this helps!
