Shopping in Cozumel

Any suggestions on shopping in Cozemel? I haven't been there in years and am looking for tips. Besides the normal touristy items I am also looking for a fabric store. Will be traveling with sister and aunt so our shopping trends will vary. What's your favorite store and why?

Shopping in Cozumel hasn't quite been the same since the hurricane. Prices are much higher and haggling is more difficult. I think things will calm down as the economic base is rebuilt.

Carnival ships can now dock in port again (as opposed to being tendered to shore) which should help commerce there.

If you have the option, shop when there are no cruise ships in port since vendors will go the extra mile to make the sale since there won't be that many customers to pick and choose from.

I have to agree..

My wife and I haven't been satisfied with the shoppomg since the storm. Maybe it will be better now that the dock/pier is repaired.
