A group of us are leaving on the Enchantment in two weeks(but, who is counting)?!

A few of the the couples are going on the Turtle Cove Sailing excursion. Has anybody been on that particular excursion and if so did you enjoy it? I realize its all what you make of it, but I was wondering do they let you walk out to the water to swim or do they drop anchor and you have to jump in?
Just curious.
Thank you for your help.
