We are arriving at 3:00 pm in San Juan - Monday - would like to shop, see the fort and cathedral - how long are shops open - any suggestions on the night tour? Can you shop on night tour?

In Old San Juan you can shop until around 7:00 pm. You won't want to be walking back streets after that time anyway.
