Anyone have a name of a tour company that does the Cave Tubing in Belize? The tour brochures from NCL say an age limit of 12, but my youngest is 11 and change. I would like to contact them and see if they would take her (with us along too). Otherwise we may be looking for another excursion to do.
Anyone have an idea of why the min age is set to 12? Scuba diving is 10...

You can call or email them for any specific questions. If you book through a ship you will pay more and get less. Last year it would have cost me $30 per person more! The ships take about 30 people and the tours I mentioned above take between 11 and 13.
I used Reggie Tour Group several years ago. The only problem I encountered was I do not swim. The river can get rough. My husband has scars on his leg to this day as a reminder that this tour can be dangerous.
I took Dave and Sonny's advice and booked with Reggie's Tours very nice group so far. And at about half the cost of the ship booked excursion. I will let everyone know how it went when I get back.

Jim, you won't regret it. I didn't take my camera because I knew it would get wet. I wish I would have had a waterproof camera, I missed some fantastic pictures. It will probably be the highlight of your cruise.
Cave tubing can be fun indeed but some experts now advise caution regarding contact with the waters in that particular area of Central America due to problems mainly with liver flukes but also mange mites.
