Cozumel Pier location

Does anyone know how far away the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel is from either of the main piers?

I have a free room there and was thinking of using it while I am in port in December (Splendour out of Galveston).

It's not far, it's one of the first hotels you encounter as you head south from the piers. About 10 min in a taxi, depending which pier you go from.
