Fishing trips in Cozumel

Anyone had any experience booking a private fishing trip thru someone in Cozumel. We have at least 5 in our group that want to go fishing in February and we would like to book a private tour due to the $$$ of the ship tours for this.

I booked a fishing charter thru Carnival this past April.The price is still only $139.00 per person. Not to bad. The fishing was great, caught a Mahi-Mahi - 50 inches long. Watch out for the crew trying to convince you to get the fish mounted. The company they are trying to sell you on is still under investigation by the Florida Att. General. There is a restaurant
(Waffle House) that will cook the fish for you.

Thanks for the reply. Hubby did the Carnival one as well and had a ball. I'm looking for a charter as I'm paying for 6 of then to go in February! Otherwise, with it being our kids, they will wind up on one of the drink yourselves into stupor tour!
