We did a snorkel trip that ended with a few hours on Goff's Cay.
We did an open water snorkel and then had the choice to get back on the boat or snorkel the remaining half mile or so to the island. Goff's Cay is a small private island with a nice beach for swimming, more snorkeling or just relaxing with a beer under a palm tree.
I can recommend the Harborview Restaurant right there at the port if you are looking for lunch. The food was great. The main restaurant is upstairs and due to mobility issues we couldn't do the stairs. They served us on the back deck overlooking the harbour. The food was great and pricing reasonable. We shared a meal and there was plenty for both of us. Warning - the dish we had said it was topped with "pickled" vegetables - read that SPICY. It is to the right of the terminal building as you exit to where the tour buses were located. No problem with sales people walking down to the restaurant.
Most times there are PLENTY of beaches at the other stops on your cruise. I didn't want to miss the Beliken Beer Factory tour! Free beer when you're done; a great tour of the city; it was alot of fun! But to each his own!
We have snokeled Goff's Cay, went Cave Tubbing, shopped, and just sat at the Wet Lizard and drank Beliken Beer all day.
If you have never been there, I would go cave tubbing, other wise I would head to the Wet Lizard.
