We are going to be in Nassau and want to go tour the "Digs" at the Atlantis Resort. I heard that there is an entrance fee now. Does anyone have any info on if one exists and what it is?

Yes, to tour "The Digs" it is $25 per person.

Thanks for the info. Guess we will do something else. It is "neat" but not
$25 worth.

Totally agree - way overpriced for what you see. Now, if it included use of the pool facilities, then it would be worth it!

When we went, we simply booked a room for the night to get the guest passes. No, it wasn't cheap, but we got to use all of the facilities and they really are outstanding.

The least expensive room that we could book came to about $180. There were 3 of us so that came to about $60/person. That's not too bad for a full day of entertainment as well as the best facilities you could imagine for keeping our clothes and changing for dinner. I'm sure that the other passengers thought we were heading home when we left the ship with our luggage for a one day excursion <G>!

I had heard that you could book a 1 night stay at a hotel accross the street and use Atlantis free of charge?? Much cheaper. I think it was like the Quality Inn? Does anyone know if this still is happening?

I have stayed at Atlantis twice, it is beautiful but expensive!Another Hotel across the street offers a little cheaper of a stay and full access to all Atlantis offers you.It is The Comfort Suites.
