I want to thank Reggie of Reggie tours for the return of the deposit we paid. It was quite unfortunate that we could not find him when we were in Belize, but I still loved cave tubing. Thank you, Reggie, for returning partial payment of our deposit.

That's great! I knew Reggie would make it right. If you ever return to Belize, please take his tour, I'm sure you'll love it. (He does other tours besides the tubing, so you can try something different too.)

Originally, I had no idea of how to respond to this thread. Reggie has never done me wrong but I know that things happen beyond my limited control. It's great to see that a problem arose but it was resolved in a way that leaves a positive impact on all who were involved. I am sure that all of the moderators and administrators will agree that this site does not purport to be the "better business bureau" when it comes to cruises and excursions. This site provides a forum to let people offer suggestions and opinions. It is in no way considered a platform to bolster or destroy a business. That being said, Reggie made well on his guarantee and all is good.

I really appreciate the OP coming back to give us an update after the original posts about the mix-up. It is all too common for people to post the problems they encountered and then never let us know if resolution was attained.
