San Juan - Beach ?

How are theses beaches - are they close enough to port?

1. Loquillo Beach
2. Condado Beach
3. Flamenco Beach

Condado Beach is the only one of the 3 that is relatively close to the port (Ocean Park between Condado and Isle Verde is one of the best options). Luquillo Beach is very nice but on the eastern end of the island (near the rain forest). Flamenco Beach is spectacular (one of the world's top 10)BUT it is located on Culebra Island and requires a trip on a ferry from Fajardo to access.
