Casa de Campo D.R. day passes to the resort?

Hi, we will be in the port of Casa de Campo in March. I have read about the great resort that is there. Does anyone know if you can get a day pass to use the beach and amenities?

good question, im going on cruise end of month. maybe a day pass, if there is such a thing, would be cheaper than what cruise lines charge. anyone know?
