Anyone know how often the tenders run from the ship to the island? I booked 2 excursions within 45 minutes of each other through Royal Caribbean's website, and am wondering if I have time to go back to the ship in between to change. One excursion is Stingray city getting back at around 10:45 am ship time, and the next excursion is the horseback riding with a departure time of 11:30 am ship time.

The tenders run pretty much non-stop; the problem is how many ships are in port that day. There is only a small tender landing that all the ships have to share. But even if yours is the only ship, 45 minutes to get to the ship, change and get back sounds unrealistic.
Thanks. Our ship is actually the only ship there that day. I was thinking the same thing, as there is no guarantee that the first excursion will be back at 10:45 ship time.

No. Forget it.
You are assuming clockwork precision on the first trip, and while tenders are regularly running they aren't on a strict timetable.

I'd just take some clothes and find a place to change.
Thanks Dwayne. That's what I was thinking about doing to begin with. That leads to my next question. Is it just a dock area where the tenders pull in, or is there a terminal area with restrooms?
