West. Caribbean Temperatures

I leave on my West. Caribbean cruise on Feb. 2. I'm trying to figure out what to pack. I know our first day/night will be cool/cold leaving Galveston. What will the temp be the 2nd day (at sea)? The 3rd day we will be in Playa de Carmen and I've read it'll be around 80 degrees there. What about the 4th day (at sea) coming back? Will I be able to be in a bathing suit on the ship? I'm not sure that sundresses will be weather appropriate.

We went the first week of March last year to Western Carribean and it was WAY warmer than that! (Except for the first night)

I think we hit the high 80's and sometimes 90's for our entire cruise.
