WE are travelling on the Carnival Elation Jan. 4th and want to know the best things to do on shores. Any help would be appreciated. We are young 50's and not sun worshippers.

We have young children and we found Goff's Caye Sunkissed through google and I'm wondering if anyone has done this excursion. It sounds like it would be perfect for families but I'd like a first hand review. Thank you
