Costa Maya

Greetings All:

My fall Westerdam cruise stops at Costa Maya, Mexico. I hear it's a lot nicer than Cozumel and Cancun (less "touristy"/developed).

Any suggestions about what's best to do there for an excursion? Which Mayan ruins are best?
