Grand Cayman/$350 Sub dive to 1000 feet

Has anyone done this research dive to 1000 feet put on by Atlantis submarines? It is for only two people and the driver and you decend to 1000ft below the surface. My wife wants to do this. Can anybody tell me what they thought of it?

Don't know about this particular dive but I did one in Maui. I don't think it was 1000 feet but I don't remember. It was pretty cool but not really worth the money. It's very hard to see out the windows and your pictures turn out with very dull colors. The windows are like 2 feet thick. Saw a cool manta ray though. It would probably be worth it if it went to a ship wreck or something cool. In Maui it was just a lot of fish and the bottom of the ocean.
