Western Exotic Cruise

Is anyone traveling from Miami, Florida, aboard Carnival Valor on June 22, 2008? We're going to Grand Cayman (to swin with the stingrays), Belize (to do the cave tubing/rip line excursion w/X-treme), and then to Roatan and Cozumel. This will be out fifth cruise. Does anyone have any suggestions for things to do in Roatan and Cozumel? Thanks.

In Roatan we took the Island tour with a stop at the iguana farm.
The 2nd trip we just walked along the street and bought some coffee beans.
We were there in Feb & they are building a new cruise terminal so not sure what will be there when you go but there were plenty of taxi guys to take you on a tour if you want.

If you like snorkeling, Roatan has some great snorkeling. We booked our excursion through Costa. It was on a catamaran that was docked about 25 minutes away. We were taken by van to the catamaran, so we were able to see a bit of the country side as well. The water was crystal clear, great coral and a lot of sea life. We were in Cozumel on the same cruise and went to Paradise Beach. Chankanaab Park is also a nice way to spend the day in Cozumel. We did a swim with the dolphins there, that was totally awesome!
