ATV vs. Jeep Excusions

I've been watching this board for awhile now...Our cruise is coming up pretty quickly and my fiance and I have narrowed down our choices to 2 possible trips. The Cavern by Jeep & Beach combo and the ATV,Caverns & Snorkel combo at the Carnival/Calica port. So. Has anyone done either of these? We want to know how much time is actually spent at the beach on either of these trips. We are leaning toward the ATV trip, but hoping a cruise vetern out there can lend some insight...

I was going to recommend an excursion for you but you r are going to Calica not to Cozumel. Anyways I would say that ATVs are always gonna be a lot funner than jeeps but that just my opinion. They have lots of cool tours there in Calica. The tour that I want to try there is swimming with the sea turtles tour. I will try it sometime.
