Toddler and Ports of Call-Western Caribbean

We will stop in Grand Cayman, Roatan, Belize and Cozumel. What excursions are recommended for us and our 20 month old? Also, we are not taking a car seat, will this be a problem in the different ports where we do land tours? Wasn't sure what the laws were in other countries. I called NCL they said it wasn't an issue but I didn't want to get there and be surprised!

Here in Cozumel you are not legally required to use a carseat and only a few of the rich folks actually have them. I would venture to guess the majority of car rental agencies don't have carseats available and neither do the taxis.

If you're only worried about being in compliance with the law, you have nothing to worry about.
