We read the brochure on this when they first started it...and I see it's still going strong. It sounds like great fun. Has anyone done it...give me your opinion. And you mastercruisers, let me know what you've heard too.
Never done this one. Is it with the sailing yachts? If so, we did the America's Cup Racing yachts in St. Maarten. It was a blast. A bunch of tourists manning a racing yacht, totally a hoot!

Penny, Cozumel Race Fantastique is a race something like The Amazing Race on TV. Teams search for clues that lead to another location to get another clue and so on. The team that solves all of the clues first is the winner. Sound like a fun time if that's your kind of thing.
Penny, we did the Yacht race thing in Key West and it was horrible. There was no wind & the captain did nothing but yell at everyone. We dubbed him "Captain Jack A**" by the end of it. I'm glad someone actually enjoyed this type of excursion.
Our captain was hysterical. We didn't have as much wind as usual, but enough to keep the crew of tourists busy. I was just a cheerleader, and kept our crew in stitches. We lost by about 2 feet.
ok I think yall have convinced us to do this in cozumel. I have done a bit of research on this and have seen no negative post on it. If anyone has done it recently please post.
Love to have fun but I also know not all excursions are much fun as they claim.
