Chankanaab Dolphin encounter

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if during the Dolphin Encounter at Chankanaab Park there is a place for people (Grandparents) can watch the people participating in the encounter. Has anyone done this before? I have to be in the water with the kids, but my husband and his parents want to be able to watch the kids and the dolphins.

I am having a hard time remembering this but there is a decking area you walk out onto to get onto the platform (in the water) where you interact with the dolphins. It is where the photographers stand. There is space--I am not sure what their regulations are. Have you tried e-mailing Discovery Cove at Chankanaab and asking?
