Port Royal getting a cruise ship terminal

Well, I was just watching "History International/Ancient Almanac". Anyways, they were having a show on Port Royal in Jamaica, and its pirate history. They are building a cruise ship terminal there. They didn't say when it would be done, or if it is even already started. This is news to me. They also want to have an "underwater museum". Just thought I'd get the news out there, for us who didn't know. Lil' Lori
