Belize in December

Hi,
My family will be taking a 7 day cruise which includes Belize in December. Any suggestions on excursions suitable to take along a 4 and 6 year old? In Cozumel, we took the jeep excursion and they loved it. Thanks for any input.

Try the tour out to the Mayan ruins at Altun Ha, it will include a ride through Belize City together with an interesting air conditioned bus ride out to the edge of the jungle - the ruins are impressive and you will get a good feel for the country itselBilly

I've taken the 4x4 Land Rover jungle tour and the catamaran snorkel tour with these Belize shore excursion operators before.

I would recommend both of those tours - the other advantage is that you can book them directly through the cruise line and they pick you up directly from the ship. This is great in Belize as the tender time to port is quite long, so better to be picked up..!
