With the new policy about "no liquids" being carried aboard airplanes, I wonder how much business the big liquor stores in the Caribbean will lose? Most of the customers probably flew to their cruise. Who would want to put their booze in checked baggage? Not me.

Good point. The same applies to the duty free stores in the airports. Their business just took a giant hit.

Maybe they'll make us consume it all before we board the aircraft. But y'all are right, no liquor unless packed. As another post stated, they will end up having to put luggage on other flights because the cargo hold will be full. I guess we could pay to have it shipped, but will they be stopping that as well?

When I buy any booze while on a cruise I always pack it in my hard luggage. First I wrap it in a Royal Caribbean towel of course.

The towel you aquired because someone thoughtfully left it behind on a deck chair for you, correct? I can't believe how many people just leave them there like that...
