Hi Cruisinjan!! Welcome to Cruise Chat. It's been over two years since I have been to Antigua but, when I was there, I did the kayak adventure in North Sound Marine Park. It was almost a 30 minute drive from the port but it was worth it. From the kayaks, which anyone can operate, we saw stingrays and sea turtles. We, later, did some snorkeling before mounting our kayaks again. Some of the kayaks are built for two people, but, being alone, I opted for one of the smaller zip-in models. The instructor tried to teach a few of us to do an eskimo roll. (flipping the kayak over and coming back up while staying in the kayak) I must say that I provided everyone with a good bit of entertainment. I am upside down in the water thinking to myself, this is not one of your better moments, Robert. I start flailing about trying to exit the kayak and finally a couple of people flipped me over. Everyone was laughing so I really just wanted to flip back over and deal with the water instead.
