Leaving in two days - We will be in Grand Caymans at 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Is it worth doing a Island Tour, is there much to see?

I'm trying to full the time between 8 - 11

We will come back to the ship for lunch
Then by 12:30 we will head to 7 mile beach for the afternoon.

If you have not been there before it may be worthwhile

I would just have lunch onshore hardly worth lining up for the tender back to the ship then back to shore

There's plenty of shopping right near where you tender to. There's also a dive shop, Abanks, that used to let you use their ladder to go snorkeling near the tender spot. Grand Cayman is a clean island, pretty flat, lots of money there, but no real tourist attractions. A lot of people go to Hell so they can mail a postcard and get souvineers, but to me(just my opinion) it wasn't worth the cab fare.
