Getting mixed answers.

Going to be on the Carnival Miracle on 2-11

Grand Cayman - yes tenders

Cozumel - depends on when the ship arrives, since the hurricane hit Cozumel they are not yet equipped to hold all the ships at the docks, so some dock and others tender.

Costa Maya - Dock

Belize - Tender

We were at cozumel two weeks ago. There was 8 ships in port that day. Three were docked the rest tendered. May want to check and see how many ships are there the day that you are there.
