Will be cruising into San Juan in Sept.2pm - 10pm
Have read about bioluminescent bay. could someone please tell me the best tour company to book with, as I don't see rccl having a tour.

Bioluminescent Bay is fabulous, but it is a late night excursion which is why you may not see it available thru RC. Since you would have to be back on board at 9:30 for a 10 PM sailing - you would not make it back to the ship in time.
