Our shore excursion ends at 7 mile beach at noon ,where you can stay all the rest of the day, or go back to the ship. Is there enough to do there, or should i book another excursion for the afternoon? We have 2 children, 17 and 14.

You should definitely book something else to keep you running around, off and on a tour bus if you don't think you would be able to relax and enjoy/appreciate one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!

But if you think your two teeny-boppers might get bored, send them off on an excursion while you enjoy the beach.

7 mile beach is absolutely beautiful. I don't know if your children are into beaches, but they should enjoy this one. There are great little shacks to get some great drinks, adult and non alike. The frozen daquiris are wonderful. As far as the beach, I would rate it one of the tops, my favorite so far is Trunk Bay, but 7 mile is beautiful!! If you think the children would get bored, book Stingray City where you can snorkel or swim with the rays. Enjoy your cruise!!
