Okay experts! I need some help! I am booking an excursion in Cozumel - Dolphin Discovery - and, if I am not mistaken, Cozumel is in Central Time as well as New Orleans (the port we are leaving from) so the ship's time and Cozumel's time should be the same? Thanks again!

Yes, Cozumel and New Orleans are on CST. The ship's time should be the same.

I am not an expert though, I just contribute when I can.

Hi susonka, can't help you on the times, but make sure you do the swim and not just the encounter. One of our posters did the Royal swim and they were in the water for almost an hour. We just did a swim, but were in there for almost an hour too. They got a push, where they dive under and push you up, and we didn't. However, it was the most awesome experience I've ever had. The dolphins are so powerful, yet so gentle with humans. They are also extremely intelligent and graceful. In my opinion, it's worth every cent. They take a video and stills of you while you're in the water. The video we purchased was $40, the poster who did the Royal swim said theirs was $50, so I guess the price has gone up since we did ours. The stills were pretty expensive, so we only bought 2 of them. Whenever I get really down, I pop in the video and I'm happy again. I remember why I was smiling ear to ear and laughing, what a wonderful experience. Best wishes and Happy Holidays!!
