I thought I read that Grand Cayman was constructing a pier for docking this fall/winter. Does anyone know if it is finished yet? We'll be travelling on the Coral Princess in December and were hoping not to need to tender.

According to the internet, the pier is not on time and will not be opened anytime soon. I did a google search and found a report in the San Francisco newspaper on October 8th.
