one warning about kayaking - make sure you don't have a bad back....you don't need an especially strong back, but if you tend have problems you might have a hard time....it's basically like sitting on the floor, with your feet straight out in front of you....there is not much to support your back, so you need to be able to support yourself....they do sometimes give you this padded strap thing that does provide an amount of support, but its still not like sitting in a chair
i dont want to scare you off (kayaking is great!), just want to make sure there arent any surprises
